Student Profile

All students need to fill out a New Student Profile. In the past, we have printed and hand-filled these forms, but we are moving to keeping all of these records digital.

Please red the following Notice and then use the form below to complete your Student Profile. This will ensure that you are able to easily and quickly register for new classes in the future:

Photographers are often on the premises during classes and special events to capture images for the Wild Child Art’s archives and for use in our publicity materials. If you prefer not to have your photo taken for such purposes, please notify the photographer at the time. I hereby release and discharge Wild Child Arts and their staff from any and all actions, causes of actions, debts, damages or loss which may occur during my child’s participation at Wild Child Arts.

Wild Child Arts reserves the right to remove a child from any class if: 

• The child is continuously disruptive
• Bully behavior
• Refuses to participate in class activity
• Disrespectful to classmates or instructors.
• Or any other behavior that is destructive to the facility, or class

No refund will be given.

Pre-registration required 2 weeks in advance.

Cancellation, Withdrawal, Refund Policy:

If a student drops a class up to seven days before the first class meeting, tuition will be refunded except for a$25 non-refundable registration fee. No refunds will be made after this date. No refunds or credit will be given for missed classes.
