Tuesday Drawing to painting Class Ages 9-12

Tuesday Drawing Class 4:45pm- 5:45pm (4 sessions) ONE Make Up Class Ages 9 – 12 Cost: $71.00 (Minimum of five students) This is a foundation course for students to develop skills in seeing and interpreting shape and form. Students will learn through practice, repetition of basic principles, experimentation, demonstration, keeping a sketchbook, and interaction with studio peers. A strong emphasis is placed on learning a visual language as it relates to line, composition, value, and basic perspective. Students will gradually advance to be prepared for continuing drawing as a medium in itself and develop drawing skills that will help make strong paintings a possibility in future classes.
