Gentle Yoga: A revitalizing and energizing way to start off your weekend! In this Saturday Morning class we will breathe, stretch, and get our bodies moving in a fun, non-competitive, energizing 60 minute yoga practice. The class will close with a relaxing, restorative meditation. Bring your yoga mats with you! Open to all levels, including beginners.
Core Toning Yoga: This fun, productive, non-competitive class is a creative mixture of Yoga Flow, with a splash of Pilates, for an enjoyable and challenging total body workout that will have your core (abs included) loving all the extra attention! A healthy core leads to a better/stronger posture (helping to protect the back thereby decreasing injury risks), and helps individuals move toward attaining any athletic goals they have, all resulting in an even happier self than you already are! You’ll leave this 60 minute class feeling strong, grounded, and centered by the ending meditation. Bring your yoga mats with you! Open to all levels, including beginners.
